Throughout the weekend you will have the chance to taste several delicious African dishes! Ghanaian meals are full of flavor with lots of yummy spices. They typically include a starchy staple such as yams, rice, cassava, or plantains, and a sauce or stew and vegetables or meat to go with it. We'll be roasting corn on the fire, and eating family style.
All of our provided meals will include vegetarian options, and in general, Ghanaian food rarely contains any dairy. If you have any other dietary restrictions/preferences, please just let us know as we can usually accommodate for them.
If don't plan on attending the camp, but you're a foodie or curious about African cooking, contact us and we can set up cooking lessons and/or a yummy meal!
